Success Fee

This option offers full financial security throughout the recruitment process. The fee is based on the hired candidate’s base annual salary and is only charged upon successful completion of the recruitment. This means you incur no upfront costs, paying only for actual results.

Fixed Fee

In this model, the recruitment fee is set upfront and does not depend on the candidate’s salary. This allows you to accurately predict recruitment costs, making budget planning easier. It also provides peace of mind, as the cost won’t increase even if the hired candidate’s salary turns out to be higher than initially expected.

Quality guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a full guarantee on every candidate we recruit. If the newly hired person leaves the job within the guarantee period, we will conduct a replacement recruitment for that position at no additional cost. It’s our way of ensuring you always receive the best possible candidate.

Do you conduct recruitment processes outside of your main specializations?

Absolutely. Our many years of experience have enabled us to successfully conduct recruitment in areas beyond our core specializations. We are, therefore, open and ready to support our clients across a broader range. However, if we determine that a particular area falls outside our expertise, we will certainly recommend a trusted partner.

How quickly can I expect a list of candidates?

Our clients generally receive the initial list of candidates within 5 to 15 business days.

Are you able to meet recruitment needs on an international scale?

Yes. Our clients are not only Polish companies, but also large international organizations. We often support them in acquiring the right talents both locally and on European markets. All of our consultants are fluent in English.
